Your questions about
AI and GEO.
Everything worth understanding about AI, LLMs and GEO — in plain language, without the jargon.
Understanding AI & GEO
A program that understands your questions and answers them in plain language, the way a person would. When someone searches for “best dentist in Lyon”, it no longer returns a list of links: it answers directly, recommending particular businesses. The point is to be the one it recommends.
LLM stands for large language model. It is the technology behind ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. It has “read” an enormous quantity of text and uses that to answer. The part that matters to you: it is the brain deciding which brands to recommend in its answers.
GEO — Generative Engine Optimization — means optimising your presence so that AI models recommend you in their answers. It is the equivalent of Google search optimisation (SEO), but for the new generation of engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude.
SEO gets you into Google's list of links. GEO gets you recommended inside the AI model's answer. The two work together: performing well on Google often feeds what AI models remember about you.
No — it is the other way round. We made the bet that AI models will become the first source of qualified traffic: GEO is the cornerstone of every strategy we build, and SEO, content, reviews, the site and social media are levers in its service. Other agencies add GEO to their catalogue; we reorganised ours around it.
ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Perplexity and Claude (Anthropic) are the main ones. Each has its own rules: being recommended by one is no guarantee of being recommended by the others, which is why we work on all four.
No, but the way people use it is changing. Google itself now serves AI answers (AI Overviews). Being visible on Google remains essential, and it often feeds your presence inside AI models.
Why now
More and more people put their questions to an AI model rather than to Google. If they ask for a recommendation in your sector and the model recommends your competitors but not you, you lose customers without ever knowing it.
There was a time when the phrase was “mobile first”, then “Google first”. We made the bet that AI models will become the first source of qualified traffic: unlike Google, an AI model cites and recommends, so the traffic it sends is already qualified. AI is already everywhere and its growth has no precedent. So we made GEO the cornerstone of our strategies, and trained and structured ourselves for it.
How it works
We put the questions your customers actually ask to the main AI models, and we look at what comes back: are you mentioned? How? Alongside whom? That gives a precise picture of where you stand today and of what needs fixing.
We start by measuring where you stand, we build the foundations (site, content, credibility), then we steer month by month according to the results, with a dedicated project manager.
Pin down exactly the right queries, structure your presence technically, produce the right content and track how it moves over time — specialist work, properly tooled and continuous.
No. If you have one, we work on it. If you are starting from nothing, we build it, designed from day one to be read by AI models and Google.
Pricing & terms
Because visibility inside AI models is not a setting you adjust once: the models move, and so do your competitors. It is continuous upkeep, like search optimisation.
Our engagements start at €590 a month depending on your situation (sector, existing site or not). The best way is to talk it through: we will point you to the right one.
Yes. GEO is done remotely, across France and beyond. Our offices are in Paris, Lyon and Barcelona, but the work itself is entirely remote.
Trust
Yes, for visibility: a brand that had no existence at all in ChatGPT's answers exists in them after our work, and we commit to 50% more visibility inside AI models over the first four months, once the strategy is in place. Being recommended is another matter: AI models decide their answers on their own. That is the objective we pursue and measure every month, engine by engine — not a guarantee.
Yes. We comply with the GDPR, your data is never sold on, and you keep ownership of your content.
We talk about it. Our engagements run on transparency: a monthly report, regular reviews with your project manager, and clear objectives from the start.
Visibility inside AI models builds progressively, usually over several months. It is continuous upkeep, not a one-off action — which is why our engagements are monthly.
Healthcare & medical professions
Yes. GEO involves no comparative advertising and no cold outreach: it structures your online presence so that AI models and Google identify you correctly. We work within the professional conduct rules that apply to you.
We help you invite satisfied patients to leave a genuine review, and reply to them properly. No review is ever fabricated or removed: only methods that comply with the rules.
More and more patients ask an AI model “which dentist or orthodontist is near me?”. If it recommends your colleagues and not you, you lose patients without seeing it. The goal: be the practitioner it recommends.
Most likely. We work with doctors, dentists, orthodontists, aesthetic practitioners and clinics. The starting point is always the same: analysing where you stand today on the searches your patients make.
